Very good nights sleep and FANTASTIC breakfast! Hidden away and yet close to Exeter this is a real farmhouse.

Susie was delightful and we were well looked after. There are horses dogs and a very pleasant cat around and the atmosphere is relaxed and unstuffy.

Lovely host, clean & comfy room with 1st class breakfast! We stayed here for a party at nearby Ottery St Mary. The B&B was full but Susie put us up in the cottage which was clean and cosy.

The breakfast was lovely with home grown fruit compote, Greek yoghurt, cereals & tasty full English. We would come back here again!

Just lovely. Quiet and homely. The breakfasts are wonderful with local produce and home made bread, very filling.

The whole place is very clean and the host is wonderful and friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
